Lasagne vegetarian
Ingredients:

Pasta: durum wheat semolina, egg, spinach.

Filling: aubergine, courgette, peas, baby plum tomatoes, celery, carrot, onion, milk, butter, type “0” soft wheat flour, Padano cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon, extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation:

Cook in microwave oven or in a conventional oven at a max temperature of 180°C.
