Ingredients:

Pasta: type “0” soft wheat flour, egg.

Filling: ricotta (whey from sheep’s and/or cow’s milk, milk, salt), radicchio 7%, Padano cheese, pine nuts 1.5%, salt, nutmeg.

Preparation:

Cook in a saucepan.

Cooking time: 3 minutes.
