Nests ricotta and spinach (without condiment)

Pasta: durum wheat semolina, egg.

Filling: ricotta (whey from sheep’s and/or cow’s milk, milk, salt), spinach, milk, butter, type “0” soft wheat flour, salt, nutmeg, lemon.


Cook in microwave oven or in a conventional oven at a max temperature of 180°C.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.
