About Us

Pasta Vadese was established in 1989, in a small shop located behind the fresh pasta shop. Very few manual processes, just a small press, a single-punch tortellini machine and a manual ravioli machine (still displayed in the office today as a reminder of old times).

Thanks to the quality of the food produced, Pasta Vadese quickly expanded. This expansion led the company to freeze its fresh product, so that it would maintain all of its qualities. The company, which was initially family run, continued to grow and with it grew investments in carefully selected personnel and high-quality machinery, whilst the flavour and quality remained unchanged over time.

Small grocery stores, butchers, rotisseries, deli stores, large-scale distribution, canteens and above all restaurants, these are just some of the types of customers who we assist every day in Italy and Europe.
